Key Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Engineer at RippleHire, you will act as a bridge between customers, technical teams, and business stakeholders. Your primary responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and proactive support.
Customer Relationship & Ownership
- Develop a strong “trusted advisor” relationship with customers and stakeholders
- Take complete ownership of customer cases from issue reporting to resolution
- Respond to customer queries with empathy, urgency, and accuracy
Technical Support & Issue Resolution
- Analyze root causes of reported issues and implement effective solutions
- Identify high-severity or blocking issues and escalate appropriately
- Drive technical escalation calls with clients before routing to L2/Engineering teams
- Provide creative workarounds and innovative resolutions when required
Data Analysis & Documentation
- Analyze trends to detect functional gaps, bugs, and performance issues
- Document customer defect reports clearly and accurately
- Build troubleshooting guides and process documentation for the knowledge base
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Engineering, Product, QA, and Customer Success teams
- Support UAT environment setup and testing
- Drive SLA-based resolution and continuous process improvement
Must-Have Technical Skills
RippleHire is looking for candidates with a strong technical foundation and analytical mindset. The following skills are essential:
- SQL: Hands-on experience executing basic to moderately complex SQL queries (mandatory)
- API Debugging: Ability to test and debug APIs using Postman (desirable)
- Integration Analysis: Identify integration issues and provide first-level analysis
- Ticketing Tools: Familiarity with support or ticketing systems is a plus
Soft Skills & Professional Competencies
